Home Ground

A house of small practices to use between sessions. Each room holds one or two things to try.

Come in at the front door and wander through in order, or go straight to the room you need. Every sheet can be read here, or printed on one side of A4.

A drawing of a villa with its front wall opened, showing the six rooms. The list below has the same rooms, in order.

A house, inside and out

A house is a useful picture of the inner life, too: different rooms for different states of mind, a front door that can open and close, a kitchen table for hard conversations, and a garden for when you need air.

These pages support the work we do together; they don’t replace it. If something here doesn’t suit you, leave it, and we can talk about it in your next session.
